Japanese cotton towels (tenugui)

Even if you have never heard of tenugui you are still bound to recognise them. Tenugui are Japanese cotton towels that usually have beautiful patterns printed on them. Some common patterns use flowers, birds and animals or scenery.

They make great gifts because they look fantastic, have many different uses (as decorations in your home, wrapping for other gifts and of course their practical use as a towel) and are very affordable.
