Shipping & Handling (recommended reading)

All goods are shipped using Australia Post’s registered mail service. This service gives you peace of mind that your new purchase will arrive on time and in good condition.

The advantages of this service are:

  • A unique identifying number for each parcel
  • Proof of postage
  • A signature obtained on delivery
  • Insurance of up to $100

We endeavor to ensure that you receive your items in great condition and pack all items in bubble-wrap.

All efforts are made to post items within 2 business days of when an order has been received. Please note that if you pay via direct deposit we won't be able to ship until payment has been confirmed. Generally, payments made from the Commonwealth Bank are able to be confirmed very quickly while payments from other banks will often appear the next day.


Estimated delivery times from Australia Post

All items are posted from Sydney and the delivery time will depend upon the destination (with longer times for non-metropolitan areas). If an accurate estimate is required please consult the Australia Post website otherwise the following can be used as a rough guide:

  • Within Sydney: Next day
  • Sydney to Brisbane and Melbourne: Delivery by 2nd business day after postage
  • Sydney to Adelaide: Delivery by 3rd business day after postage
  • Sydney to Perth and Hobart: Delivery by 4-5th business day after postage

Other Notes:

Parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8am - 5pm.

If there is no one in attendance at the address at the time of delivery Australia Post will usually place a notification card in the addressee's letterbox informing them of the Australia Post outlet where the parcel has been transferred for collection, and the expected time after which it will be available.
